Product Documentation at Tomia

I worked at Tomia (previously known as Starhome and Starhome MACH) from 2007-2019.

In my earlier, pre-managerial role, I worked on a wide variety of mobile telephony roaming applications, including Intelligent Preferred Network (IPN - SoR), Optimal Voicemail Deposit (OVMD), Roaming Control, Local Roaming Number (LRN), and Gateway Location Register (GLR).

In my latter years at Tomia, I documented the campaign management Sparx product in addition to my team-leading duties.

The Tomia documentation is hidden behind a gateway and is only accessible to Tomia customers and internal functions. The theory and operation in particular are built upon SS7 and LTE signaling flows, which are proprietary to Tomia, and several of these products are still in use today. I do have some proprietary redacted content from my time at Tomia. I can share this only privately.
